Keisokki Kogyo Co Ltd, Japan is involved in manufacturing of hi-tech quality control instruments since decades. Keisokki has pioneered several revolutionary concepts in the textile industry.
Keisokki is not an unknown name in the Indian market and is very popular for its instruments, which give realistic and valuable information, which helps customers to improve & control their process. Keisokki has supplied repeatedly Their instruments to reputed Indian companies like Indorama, Reliance, Sanghi Polysters, Pasupati, Alps Industries, etc.
Keisokki instruments are reported to give accurate & revolutionary information. These concepts are directly related to improve the process and thus the overall quality of your yarn. These new concepts have become so popular and famous that other manufacturers of quality control instruments have been forced to introduce norms and concepts introduced and pioneered by Keisokki.
To make Keisokki instruments service-friendly Keisokki through their associate Thymas Electronics Pvt Ltd, Vadodara uses Indian make computers and printers. Necessary spare parts are available locally.
Keisokki regularly prints "statistics" and technical bulletins to help & assist their customers to improve their process and quality. All instruments of Keisokki have self check functions and diagnostics. Their instruments are also approved by various international bodies and meet all the necessary standards.
Almost all manufacturers have a sampler, in fact still continue to have a sampler, which is round type and hence skill of a person is involved & required to achieve identical results.
Further the sensor in the main instrument used is a wide sensor, ie, 3 mm sensor. This also leads to lot of inaccuracies. Keisokki decided to eliminate both problems and develop new type of instrument. Hence they introduced their computer technology based Classifiber with: Light source using SPECIAL LINEAR LAMP & not normal spot lamp; 1 mm sensor against 3 mm sensor; Flat Sampler. The total testing time including preparing of sample and display of the fibrogram with all statistics on the monitor is 20 seconds only.
By making above changes in the existing technology the following advantages were achieved: Longest Fibre measurable is 80 mm with Classifiber; No need for Calibration cotton, etc; Detection of short fibres as 3 mm sensor has limitations to detect short fibres accurately; Information of fibre length at 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, etc, available simultaneously; This is very important for assessment of fly generation & hairiness; Such small fibres also are known to create pilling in fabric stage; Information like Short Fibre content, CV%, 2.5% Span length, 5.0% Span length, Upper Half Mean Length etc, information is available.
