A Monforts Textilmaschinen continues its dedicated commitment of passing onto its customers the latest energy saving products, which, at the same time, provide enhanced quality and increased productivity. New products unveiled at ITMA 2007 by A Monforts Textilmaschinen in Hall C3, Booth 331/534 included a completely new concept of finishing, specifically for coatings and the technical textiles sector, plus a new variable height adjustment for Thermex operation.
Additional new products include Montex Allround; a new (Toptex/Monfortex) compressive shrinking unit; a new 'tumble' action DynAir relaxation dryer; 'Golden' long life stentering chains; an integrated infra-red pre-dryer; a new coating solution; on-line service portal; a 'stand alone' heat recovery system; a combined exhaust air cleaning and heat recovery system; new soft coatings solution; and improved treatments for knitted fabrics.
New Montex 7000 TT - a completely new concept of finishing specifically for coatings and the technical textile sector providing the highest product quality with absolute uniform drying.Thermex variable height adjustment - a new optional variable setting adjustment for the upper and lower rollers inside the Thermex hot flue chamber provides improved economy with increased drying capacity and productivity.Allround stenter -
The new Montex 6500 'Allround' stenter is a multifunctional stenter and relaxation system offering a 2 in 1 product, reducing investment costs, taking less space, and providing increased flexibility. New Sanforiser -A completely redesigned Toptex / Monfortex 8000 compressive shrinking unit has been introduced for both woven and knitted fabrics. It offers increased residual shrinkage, higher production speeds, automatic grinding and a 40% reduction in water consumption for cooling. 'Tumble' action DynAir
The new DynAir relaxation dryer introduces a new 'tumble' action device to ensure improved shrinkage and handling for knitted fabrics. 'Golden' stentering chains - Maintenance intervals have almost doubled to 10,000 hours with the long term lubrication 'Golden' Hercules stentering chains. Integrated infra-red pre-dryer - Increased productivity and enhanced performance for pigment dyeing processes and pre-gelling foams is assured with the new pre-dryer installed at the front end in feed of the Montex stenter.
New coating solution - A new integrated coating device is introduced for foam and paste applications with acrylic and silicon products. It is integrated as an 'elevatable' device into the inlet of a Montex stenter.
Web-based service portal - A new service portal 'online assistance' using secure internet links is introduced as standard for all new Monforts machines fitted with the Qualitex 540 and 750 PLC control system 'Stand alone' Energy Tower 7000 - a new heat recovery option for thermo - treatment machines and Montex stenters where space above the unit is restricted by low ceilings. The 'stand alone' cabinet installed alongside the thermo-treatment machines features five integrated heat recovery modules. Capitalising on the high temperature of the exhaust air, savings of up to 30% in energy costs can be achieved.
Exhaust air cleaning - A modular exhaust air cleaning system from Koenig offers a compact working solution with Monforts heat recovery units offering significant savings in energy costs and meeting emission legislation in many countries.
Soft coating solution -- A new soft coating solution provides energy savings with reduced drying times and eliminates the need for a conventional padder. Improved treatment for knitted fabrics - Knitted fabric wastage can be reduced by up to 60% with improved pinning, glueing and trimming devices.
