New warp beam high-lift trucks from Genkinger-Hubtex

New warp beam high-lift trucks from Genkinger-Hubtex Since decades experienced engineers at Genkinger-HUBTEX as well as at HUBTEX develop robust transport trucks for the narrow space conditions in textile mills. Until today these trucks have set the standards all over the world. The complete logistics programme comprises all the transport and handling systems from the simple warp beam transport truck of Genkinger-HUBTEX to the HUBTEX electric multidirectional sideloader for warp beams or batches of up to 5.000 kg weight for the use at weaving machines and at warp beam and batch storage racks.

The new product line for weaving mills covers manual warp beam lift trucks with carrying capacity from 700 kg to 3.000 kg and motorised warp beam lift trucks in 2 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg series. Additionally there are the manual and motorised transport trucks for fabric beams and batches.

For knitting mills modern high lift trucks with carrying capacity from 1.5 kg to 4 kg for loading sectional beams in knitting and Raschel machines as well as manual and motorised fabric beam lift trucks are available.

The innovations for the weaving range are:

Warp beam high lift trucks with telescopic lift mast and universal application for lower beams, upper beams, warp beam storage racks, batch unloading from the batch winder even to load and unload from warp beam transport frames.

Warp beam high lift trucks with harness mounting device and carrying capacity of 5.000 kg for machine width up to 540 cm for technical textiles and wire weaving mills.

Fabric beam high lift trucks for weaving machines put on a higher level in case of large warp beam diameter.

Wire guided vehicles for transport of warp beams and batches.

The innovations for the knitting range are:

Warp beam high lift truck for knitting mills with carrying capacity from 1.500 kg to 4.000 kg.

The innovations for all textile industries:

HUBTEX electric multidirectional sideloader for handling heavy warp beams and batches.
