LACOM's Multi-Purpose-Machine in lamination

Installations and machines of the company LACOM, a subsidiary of Kiener Machinery company have been for more than one decade a standard for the use of laminating and coating machines. Customers from Germany, many other countries in Europe as well as the USA, Canada, South America, Asia and Africa could convince themselves already from the experience and the competence of the company LACOM.

Diverse application systems will be the main focus on this year's ITMA'07 in Munich as well as innovations, originated from world market observation and experience exchanges. A highlight at this year's fair will certainly be one of the most successful Lacom machine, the Multi-Purpose-Machine. This system is a combination of a gravure roller and multi roller system. Worldwide, this machine has already found a big group of satisfied buyers.

For the first time, at the ITMA Asia 2005 in Singapore, the "Multi-Purpose Compact Version" - the future-oriented alternative was introduced. "Plug in and run" for fast and easy installation at customers site. The slot die system and the duplex machine for the production of Triplex laminates in one pass is an additional success model of the company Lacom. The Lacom-Duplex machine should replace existing flame laminating machines for the production of automotive interior laminates.

Another speciality is the development and realisation of customised concepts. A team of specialists are available to discuss about coating and laminating technology for different applications like home textiles, functional fabrics, automotive products and of course technical textiles with you and to find solutions for all tasks.

Intensive training of the specialised staff and the operators of the customers in the own training centre in Lauchheim, Germany. This enables to proof the capabilities and advantages of the Lacom systems, various machines are available to make different trials up to a working width of 2.4 m.
