Mangal Singh Brothers has recently joined hand with Kureha Elastomer Co Ltd, Japan for the production of Cots and Aprons for the textile industry. Mangal Singh Brothers in technical collaboration with Kureha Elastomer of Japan brings the finest quality Cots and Aprons for the textile industry. Kureha Elastomer is a pioneer in the manufacturing of Cots and Aprons since 1950, supplying as OE (Original Equipment) to leading ring spinning machine manufacturers of Japan. With the capital of 304.5 million Japanese yen, Kureha Elastomer is the main stock holder in Toyobo Co Ltd. Using the state-of-art technology, imported machinery and raw material Mangal Singh Brothers has started manufacturing of Cots and Aprons, at their Navi Mumbai facility under the brand name.

Mixing and treatment process in the manufacturing of the Cots and Aprons is as per Kureha specifications and standards and stringent in-house quality checks and also with the highly modernised laboratory with latest equipment and testing and inspection procedures as per international standards assure the high quality of Cots and Aprons for the finest quality yarn.

They are manufacturing all types of Cots and Aprons. Aprons are available for both short and long staple machine as well as for 100% cotton yarn, synthetic blend, polyester blends, 100% polyester, 100% wool and its blends and Acrylic. TA-58 grade top apron is an excellent compound well known for its overall properties combining flexibility along with abrasion resistance. It is well known around the world for producing yarns with high elongation owing to its flexibility. It is well suited for cotton, polyester, viscose, and other blends of polyester. It can also be used for 100% polyester with slight modifications in the chemical treatment process. It is available as both upper material for Top and Bottom Aprons. TEX-70 and TEX-80 is the upper material for high speed texturing Apron, it has good resistance to oil and abrasion, has excellent service life and TEX-10 is the under material for high speed texturing, it is extremely abrasion resistant and oil resistant and can withstand heavy wear during high speed texturing.

There are different cots for the preparatory machine like draw frame, comber, open end machine, and also for roving and ring frame and texturing machine which are available in standard type, knurled and spring grip type.

Each batch of Cots and Aprons are checked for the accuracy of the inside diameter, thickness, width, Visual inspection, tensile strength, elongation, abrasion etc. The research and development team is highly qualified and dynamic and also it has excellent technical support and service and offers excellent after sales services.
