  Lawer's Dyematic: Flexibility & automation

Lawer Spa, Italy offers Dyematic is the most reliable system available in the market, which automatically weighs the dyestuff, stores the weighed recipes, dissolves and dispenses the solution to the final destination. Thanks to his modular structure the system is very flexible so that can be easily enlarged to better satisfy the dye house configuration.

DYEMATIC is the combination of the following systems;

SUPERCOLOR: automatic weighing system for powder dyestuff available in different size;

MSA: robot, which move the recipes stored in the buckets from/to the other systems;

MGS: modular structure to store the buckets;

LGS: automatic rinsing drying bucket system;

DBS: automatic dissolving and dispensing system (dissolve directly into the bucket);

DTS: automatic dissolving and dispensing system for bulk.

Lawer, which participates at the India-ITME 2008, is represented in India by the agency Sagar Group of Enterprise.
