Ten years on, SUESSEN EliTe®Compact Spinning is till a force to reckon with in the spinning world.

In 1998, just ten years ago, SUESSEN delivered the first EliTe®Compact Spinning Systems to the Austrian customer Linz Textil. Thanks to him, and thanks to all of the many other customers, SUESSEN is now the leader in compact spinning technology with more than 2,800,000 EliTe® and EliTwist®Spinning positions running in the world. Thereof over 1,300,000 positions are running in India.

During INDIA-ITME in Bangalore, SUESSEN will present the new EliTe®CompactSet V5 with the optional applications EliTwist® and the new core yarn attachment COREflex® (= EliCoreTwist®), processing 100% cotton into a two-ply core yarn with the yarn count Ne 120/2 at a spindle speed of 20,000 rpm.

Suessen's new generation EliTwist®CompactSet V5 will process 100% cotton into EliTwist®Yarn Ne 120/2 (compact two-ply yarn directly from the ring spinning machine). The system is equipped with:
· COREflex® – the new SUESSEN Core Yarn System for ring spinning machines in Compact Spinning and conventional ring spinning.
· 5star®Tube – the new EliTube design.

With the SC 2/SQ 2 SpinBoxes have specifically designed SpinBoxes for spinning synthetic fibres. The RIETER R 40 rotor spinning machine is equipped with the SUESSEN SC-R SpinBox. The SAVIO FlexiRotorS 3000/Duo-Spinner rotor spinning machine is equipped with the SUESSEN SC-S SpinBox. SUESSEN designs and manufactures the original premium parts spinning components and spare parts for all of the above-listed SpinBoxes.

QuickSpin System QSS is the approved testing equipment for clearly evaluating raw material quality. The system delivers data regarding cleanability, opening behaviour, cohesion and stickiness of the fibre material. It further supplies information on tendencies and influences resulting from different raw materials. It provides accurate forecasts of yarn properties and the processability and enables cost-effective compositions of various fibre materials.
