  Crosrol's MK7 high production card

Shanghai Crosrol Pacific Machinery Co Ltd, at Hall W3, Stand D01, launched its latest MK7 high production carding machine and new blowroom line. Crosrol has always been at the forefront of carding technology and is one of the leading high production carding manufacturers in the world.

Throughout its history Crosrol has consistently been a world leader in carding Innovation and development. MK7 with its radical new design concept, not only aims to continue this trend, but enhance its reputation even further.

New design features include: Dial in settings for waste control and sliver quality; All waste and sliver quality parameter settings can now be accurately re set with minimum down time; (Even with the cylinder running); Modular stationary flats and trash knifes; Fully enclosed cylinder and doffer rollers.

These unique design features, combined with energy saving concepts make MK7 the most economical high production card on the market today. SCP customers can now produce excellent quality sliver at production rates of up to 150KG/HR (Depending on: raw material specification, final yarn count, climatic conditions, mill maintenance schedules).

Shanghai Crosrol Pacific also displayed what it believes to be the most economical and cost effective blowroom available today. A range of new energy efficient machines with unique design features means its customers enjoy the double benefits of improved blowroom performance, together with energy costs savings of up to 25% when comparing equivalent lines of other leading manufacturers. These savings could be further enhanced when filter extraction costs are taken into account (This depends on manufacturer and final scope of supply).

In today’s market, power consumption plays an increasingly critical role in the overall running costs of spinning units.
