Fong´s TEC Series
TEC Series High Temperature Dyeing Machine, with its premium quality and focus on ´Lower Cost, Higher Quality and More Eco-friendly´, injects infinite vitality to the textile industry. It is suitable for different dyeing processes with various types of natural, synthetic and blended fibres, aiming to provide complete solutions: ´Efficiency, Energy Saving, Environmental Friendly´.
Efficiency (versatile application): TEC series is specially designed for fabric which is having tight and crease marks sensitive structure, such as 40S/2, 26S/1, 20S/1, tightly knitted fabric, and sensitive shade (Eg. Turquose)
Energy saving: With various new functions, cotton reactive dyeing process takes about approximately 248 minutes for light color Capacity: The new TEC Series is offered various capacities per chamber: 300k g (JUMBOTEC), 250 kg (MIDITEC) and 200 kg (MINITEC). Customer can choose in range of 1-12 tubes.
FC30 colour multi-function controller: By the Fuzzy Logic temperature control function, the dye liquid temperature deviation can be minimised at + / -0.3° C.
Patented design - ´Lint Collector´: Specially designed for loose structure type such as terry towel and fleece, the collector can accumulate lint at the bottom and discharge it during draining. CHTC Fong´s is dedicated to provide a complete product ranges from pre-treatment, dyeing, post-treatment and waste water treatment. Application: Most knit and woven synthetic fabric in polyester, nylon and their blends with or without spandex. DYECOWIN is the revolutionary high temperature dyeing machine setting new standards for the industry. It is integrated with the cutting-edge patented technologies to much lower down the liquor ratio while enhancing the productivity of the dyeing processes.
Reduced production cost: DYECOWIN is a major breakthrough in the long tube machine operating with a much lower running liquor ratio as low as 1:5.
The patented fluid distributor at the rear of the machine can effectively adjust the distribution of dyeing liquor according to different fabric types, ensuring an organised fabric stacking pattern.
Optimise the dyeing quality: The rollerless design overcame the tangling problem against conventional dyeing machines. The fabric surface defects such as scratch marks and light spots caused by unsynchronised motion between nozzles and lifting rollers can so be avoided. The patented ´CONJET´ nozzle technology can ensure the quality of finished products by enabling automatic and precise adjustments of flow volume and nozzle pressure.
Enhanced productivity and efficiency: The rectangular fabric delivering channel allows fabric to have free expansion and a smoother run along the channel, thus reducing crease marks effectively. This design also favours open width dyeing so as to simplify the production process. The patented stainless steel storage chamber is capable of increasing the loading capacity, combining with the use of CONJET nozzle, sensitive fabric can be run smoothly without scratching and snapping. The surface quality of fabric is assured with minimised cycle time.

The revolutionary wave dyeing technology and intelligent control reduce the liquor ratio close to 1:3. SUPERWIN empowers the production to the leading edge of efficiency and eco-friendliness.
Low liquor ratio: During a single inside-out flow process, only a sufficient water level is required at the kier bottom to maintain steady pump pressure and it is not necessary to have all packages fully immersed with liquor, hence lower liquor ratio is achieved.
Innovative wave dyeing technology: By executing a specific period of change in pump frequency, smashing the packages like waves such that it could move under differentiating pressure would lead to perfect utilisation of the advantage of dual flow concept, but in a much lower demand of water and electricity.
Integrated intelligent rinsing (IIR): The IIR system can monitor the residual colour and conductivity of liquor discharged during rinsing.
Saving the cost: Consumption of water, energy, additives and even manpower is much reduced.
THEN Airflow Synergy 8 Super
Application: A wide range of fabrication including knitted and woven cotton and cotton blended and synthetic fabrics. SYN 8 600 SUPER is the most advanced aerodynamic high temperature dyeing machine.
It has individual blower per tube. The pressure loss due to resistance can be much minimised by eliminating manifolds. Thus the efficiency is improved and there is significant reduction in energy usage. The individual control on separate tubes ensures sustained operation in case of tangling or any emergencies. Better flexibility, quality and ergonomics for dyeing can be obtained. SYN-8 SUPER equipped with Integrated Intelligent Rinsing (IIR), Fuzzy Logic Temperature Control Technology and FC30EX Program Controller providing comprehensive control management.
Optimised airflow system: The design of impeller and case structure of the blower are closely coordinated to ensure smooth AIRFLOW movement within the system. The nozzle performance has thus been optimised and the dyeing quality of fabric is improved.
Dual nozzle device: Having an additional jet nozzle system to allow more operation modes as well as different dyeing applications. In these coordinated condition, the electricity consumption of the pump can be saved up to 30 per cent.
Automatic cleaning function of nozzle: The nozzle gap size is adjustable providing flexibility to different dyeing application procedures as well as automatic cleaning function.
Goller Sintensa Cyclone Tandem
Traditionally, the dyeing and finishing processes of knitted fabric are conducted in rope-form and on diverse batch-wise dyeing ranges. Since 2006, GOLLER has become one of the members of CHTC Fong´s and been committed to the production, promotion and development of continuous open-width processing solutions for knitted fabric. Based on the endeavour in the last 10 years, GOLLER has witnessed its prominent evolution and progress and its market share has been increasing rapidly. As more and more customers have chosen GOLLER ranges, some of them have become our top-tier customers, who aspire to optimise the ranges´ specifications ceaselessly in order to make GOLLER ranges become more capable of processing knitted fabric ingeniously.
The newly-designed GOLLER washing compartment, Sintensa Cyclone Tandem can reduce fabric´s running tension by means of the following two points. 1.) By optimising fabric´s running route. The optimised fabric´s running route and the increased cladding intensity of the driven rollers and driven drums can keep the speed of the running fabric in accord with the speed of driven rollers and driven drums, stabilise the processing conditions for fabric in the washing compartment and enhance the accuracy of synchronization so as to facilitate the minimisation of the running tension of fabric. 2.) By the specially-designed rotor being installed on the driven drum (perforated).
XORELLA´s XO series energy saving vacuum conditioning and heat setting machines have been used in improving the quality of yarn and also heat-setting of garment. The Xorella XO-Steaming treatment ensures even penetration of the textile products for humidification, twist setting, preshrinking of synthetic filament, colour fixation of digital printed fabric and heat setting of garment. The latest saturated steam generating system achieves 30 per cent reduction of connected power and saves between 15 per cent and 25 per cent energy consumption.
