RSG, located in Bietigheim-Bissingen near Stuttgart, has been building self-developed special machinery for fully or semi-automated processing of textiles for over 30 years now. All facilities and machines are adapted to the products and processes of its clients. As a matter of course, also project specific software is developed on its premises.
Fully and semi-automated work stations and assembly lines for narrow-fabrics
During the last two years the company succeeded in introducing and establishing its ´Narrow-Matic´ assembly lines in the market. These facilities allow fully automated processing of products such as lifting and lashing straps, loops, slings, seat and safety belts, but also hook-and-loop materials, and medical textiles. All production steps such as unrolling, feeding, folding, processing of labels, sewing, sealing, printing, ultrasonic-welding, winding, stacking, and packaging are taken over by the machine.
The unique concepts allow drastic time and cost savings for its clients and increase consistent and reproducible production capacity and product quality.
Patented monitoring technologies for sewing processes
No matter if the scope of service includes a new RSG production-line or retrofitting of an existing facility, its patented monitoring systems always warrant a fully monitored sewing process. its modules monitor the upper, lower and remaining thread, guarantee best possible thread hot cutting, or change the lower bobbin fully automated!
Innovative automation concepts for ultrasonic applications
The automation of manufacturing processes that have up and downstream ultrasonic units has gained enormous importance, since many of these technical textiles are still produced in high-wage countries. In order to remain competitive, automation is absolutely necessary. RSG has created an additional future-proof pillar and can offer its clients solutions to remain cost efficient, and secure production for a successful market position.
Detailed information on this and other automation concepts are on offer at booth (Hall 5.1/C10) at the leading trade show TexProcess 2015, which will take place from May 4 until May 7, 2015 in Frankfurt/Main.
