Launched by C9 (A B2C venture of the Sangam group), AIRWEAR is a progressive range of women’s apparel that offer utmost breathability and fluidity. It maximises mobility, 4-D stretch-ability and performance while enhancing comfort and confidence. This seamless technology garment offers invincible comfort and the moisture management keeps one fresh all day long. The concept of AIRWEAR has been incorporated in all C9’s Leisure Wear, Inner Wear and Active Wear garments.
“Leisurewear, active wear and innerwear – AIRWEAR finds applications in all these areas. These give garments a lightness, fluidity and comfort. They are tag-free also and have 4-D stretch. This is our own innovation in technology, which is unrivalled in its texture and feel by any other company’s products,” said Pranal Modani, Chief - BD at Sangam India Ltd.
“AIRWEAR’s raw materials are sourced from outside, but the manufacturing technology comes from Italy. The most scoring point of its USP is the ultimate 4-D stretchability which gives the garments a lightness in looks and feel. This also makes it safe to wear since inner garments are very close to the skin. Tag irritation is also avoided totally,” said Modani.
Some time ago, Sangam (India) Limited, Bhilwara entered women’s branded apparel segment by launching its own brand called Channel Nine.The brand, which is now rechristened as C9, offers exquisite range of seamless garments for women including intimate wear, active wear, yoga wear, shape wear and casual wear.
Modani said, “Channel Nine brand symbolises the multiple facets of a woman’s life – the spaces she navigates every day and the forms in which she expresses herself. Sangam’s portfolio extends to yarn, fabrics, denim and garments. Sangam has installed recently 36 new machines for this new line of business. Said the new generation leader of Sangam Group: “We will be opening to open exclusive Sangam outlets and initially, about 20 to 25 outlets will come up in tier-I cities all over India. Besides, Sangam Group is planning some capex during the current financial year for its yarn and fabric divisions.
