In occasion of ITMA 2015 in Milan, Marzoli will present its advanced integrated bobbin transport system. The system highlights full mechanical and logic integration with roving and spinning frames thus realising a superior and integrated spinning section maximising coordination and effectiveness of roving and spinning operations through a constant and regular supply for the spinning frames allowing for full productivity of the spindles.
Marzoli integrated bobbin transport system can be tailored to customer´s specific production process though two main configurations:
- Random transport system: The bobbins are carried by a closed-circuit overhead chain along the aisles between the spinning frames. This solution perfectly suits high production spinning mills with uniform production programmes.
- Block creeling transport system: Roving bobbins are brought to the reserve row of the spinning frame or directly inside the creel of the spinning frame by trolley trains, maximising overall automation and effectiveness of bobbin handling and transport operations.
Marzoli new compact system
Marzoli will also launch its new compact device. Compact devices are increasingly used in spinning mills: the positive aspects stemming from their application (e.g. higher resistance, lower required twist, less hairiness, etc.) have fostered spinners to apply compact devices on an increasing variety of counts (coarse, medium, thin and extra-thin counts) and types of yarn (combed, carded and synthetic yarns).
Marzoli compact system constitutes a leading-edge application that guarantees top performance, high flexibility towards specific production requirements, minimised maintenance.
Marzoli remote maintenance
At ITMA, Marzoli will also present its leading-edge Marzoli remote maintenance (MRM) solution. MRM solution draws on the diagnostic capabilities and sensors controlling mission critical sections and components of the machines in order to identify possible technical malfunctions at an early stage and prevent eventual machine failures with direct and constant support of Marzoli customer support team. Thus Marzoli Remote Maintenance support customers to constantly operate their machines in standard-target operating conditions, thus maximising overall effectiveness of plant operations and enabling key economic benefits:
Maximised up-time and productivity
Maximised machines efficiency and energy saving through constant and preventive control of machines mission critical components (e.g.
Mechanics, electronics, motors, drive systems,)
Maximum effectiveness of problem solving and resolution times for customer maintenance and technical operations
Maximised life-time of the investment
Marzoli new CM7-LP comber
Marzoli will present its new CM7 comber with automated Lap Piecing at ITMA. The new CM7-LP comber is the result of a thorough activity of research and development that has led to the achievement of the maximum results on:
?Quality (substantial reduction of neps and short fibers, perfect evenness of the sliver);
?Efficiency (reduction in energy consumption, better selection of fibers and reduction of noil percentage);
These results have been achieved thanks to a complete revision of the kinematics of the machine and in particular to the optimisation of the following parts: driving head, nipper unit, feeding rollers, detaching rollers, circular comb, top comb and drafting system.
New FT60 & FT70 series
In Milan, Marzoli will also display its new roving frame: the FT60 and FT70 series. FT60 an
